Panera Bread - Southfield

I have placed a large number of sandwiches, salat, panera chips and cookies for a meeting. I tried to place the order online, but found it difficult to adjust it with the options I wanted. I called and the friendly staff went through. I love the Mediterranean sandwich. I was the only problem I had with the salat. I think I ordered the Greek salate. whatever we have was something with a very hard chewing green leaf. almost impossible.

Joy is such a wonderful person excellent representation of panera. wonderful service. my only presence was a Christian church group that prayed to meet in the dining room. that should be made to house or church, please

This disc is super good, and I like the personal. it is in the regular many young people, so sometimes they simply do not expect them to be fast, but they are. as fast as possible with panera. I really like this place because they are one of the only ones who have a drive close to me.

I order to pick up the breakfast. in the order was an ice cream. when I came in to find my order, I noticed the bag for ordering, but not a drink. there were many drinks on the counter. I was told the cup was in the bag. I as had filled the cup with ice, then go to another part of the load to get the coffee. the coffee I ordered was out. I chose another type, but if they had fulfilled the command, instead of leaving me, that would not have been a problem. this is a constant problem I found with panera. their follow through simple customer service stuff is below par.

My husband placed my Order through the drive thru. He was the only one in line the entire time he was there. It took about ten minutes for the food to show up. Asian Salad. Got it home and it was the Wrong Order. I would've eaten it anyway because I was so hungry and we live 20 minutes away) but it was corn chowder which I don't like and some scary looking sandwich. I called to complain and spoke with the manager who told me to bring it back and he would fix it. He did. I had asked him what he was going to do for me for our trouble and he said he'd give me a dining coupon . It is for a pick two order. My husband returned through the same drive through window. Still no one in line. Still waited in excess of five minutes . Still same server at the window. My husband asked how this had happened since he was the only one there to which not only did he not get any answer but was just glared at by the server. No apologies. Not even a kind word. Uh huh. I'll be racing right back THERE.I don't think so..
