Chipotle Mexican Grill - Southfield

This chipotle is always a catastrophe to order. we order in the rule online and almost every time if something is right with our order. we had missing items, wrong orders and once the load was closed, although the timetable said they were open. it is very frustrating to place an order and then to say that the thing is not available and a refund cannot be issued. 2 stars to give, because when we get our order, eating is great! really disappointed about how this particular location is executed.

I ordered take out posted on the online menu from this local Chipotle Mexican Grill so I cannot speak to what might be ordered directly at the restaurant. The Paleo Salad was served hot with large, tender, ample chicken pieces. Maybe it was the heat, but the romaine was more wilted and unappetizing in appearance. Know too, it is hot pepper spiced, especially if you are sensitive. All in all, it was a hot, healthy filling meal.

Awful customer service! Food is never prepared or served properly! They say they close at 10pm on the website and the front door but I arrived at 5:43pm and they're closed! This has happened twice, when I arrived at the restaurant way before closing hours and they were already closed! Their phone service is super unhelpful the automated voice sent my call to Google instead of the restaurant for some odd reason?! And they continuously mess up online orders!! This Chipotle location is HOT GARBAGE wouldn't recommend????

I'm am highly upset from visiting this store. It's currently 8:42pm and I just drove far to get there and there's a sign on the door saying they have no workers. Now I'm hungry and wasted my gas.

Quality of Food and Customer Service has severely dropped over the past couple of years. I went there tonight for dinner. My burrito bowl was lacking flavor and it was very skimpy. I also had a bad experience with how poorly the staff and Manager treat the customers. The manager does not acknowledge your presence and the staff is very rude. They are rude to customers. if you need assistance. I used to love this Chipotle but now, it is not the same quality and I won't be back. This one is the of the worst in the area.
