C Cups Cupcakery - Southern Pines

I visited this restaurant for the first time and was impressed with their selection of dog treats and cupcakes. I purchased two red velvet cupcakes, two of the monthly specials, one carrot cupcake, and one white chocolate with strawberry cupcake. The quality of the cupcakes was excellent, and I will definitely be returning. However, I was disappointed when the employee behind the counter prioritized taking a phone call over serving us, which seemed like poor customer service. I hope they improve on this in the future.

I stopped by today and bought a few cupcakes and cake pops. They were absolutely delicious! I wish I had bought more. I definitely recommend this place.

I was really disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. We ordered (5) cupcakes and they were all packed in the same small box, causing the toppings to intermingle and the frosting to get smooshed. Additionally, one cupcake was stored sideways and another upside down, which was not ideal. This was supposed to be for my birthday, but luckily we were only celebrating with our household and not guests. To make matters worse, my husband found a sizeable piece of hard plastic in his last bite. The cake flavors were decent, but the frosting didn't quite hit the mark. Overall, we were not satisfied with our experience.

Day trip to Southern Pines. Don’t pass up this great, local cupcake shop. Amazing!! We will be back soon!!

I ordered three flavors for my kids birthday cannoli, chocolate caramel and cookies and crème. They were a hit, everyone was super impressed by the taste and presentation.The consensus between all guest was there is no way you can eat more than one as they are sweet.
