Starbucks - Southern Gateway

Was pretty disappointed in the starbucks, they were out of quite a few things, ended up leaving without purchasing anything.

The Starbucks was convenient and the employees were very nice. Drinks were delicious.

Came to the Starbucks and ordered a Venti drink and unfortunately, she only gave me half of what actually comes in a Venti size how the half was straight sweet cold from just because I’m using my points doesn’t mean I only want half the drink. Also, this one doesn’t even have an oven so they don’t even have options for food.

Very nice customer service as you can get good information on the drinks and recommendations based on the Baristas experience. I really liked coming here when I'm able to and the location stays super busy. I appreciate all the workers there! I know they work very hard. Update from a year ago: I don't come to this location as often as I did previously. I had came to get a frappuccino over the summer last year. I had noticed that there wasn't enough mocha and I let the store know that. I almost was late to work upon having them fix my order. They seem very annoyed that I mentioned that I don't think they made it right. Seemed very passive aggressive. They make sure to tell me to get more pumps in my coffee. Get triple mocha they said. I called the store to let them know that and they understood my disappointment.
