Istanbul Turkish Bbq Westcliff

The personal is attentive. clean spaces. eat delicious. not busy, not crooked. free starter and dessert. very recommended will be safe again.

Tonight was a first visit to istanbul on the london road westcliff. I must admit that I was not sure that my parents chose and my expectations were low. today's experience was overwhelming. our waiter explained apologetically that a big party is due in an hour...and although we were welcome to sit down, we would have to be done before the party arrived or sits up where we could go as long as we wanted, but it was colder up. we decided to stay down and finish early. the waiter took our order and served quickly drinks, then he presented us with a free meze sample teller to share. absolutely delicious! our drinks were charged without having to ask again that was free. our appetizers arrived fast, my man chose an auber-gine dish that was very tasty, I had stuffed mushrooms that were a small bladder and sour I wish I was braver and had more meze. for our net we had grilled lamb, which was perfectly cooked with a nice taste, it came on a bed rice and with chips that fill a little for me. it also came with a beside salad, fantastic aromen and two very mild chili dips. we were all very full and very impressed by the quality of food. when we asked for coffee, the waiter apologized again, as the big party was due, so he asked if we wanted to take our coffee up what we did, again the coffee and a sample of baklava cake was free. I don't know if the free rehearsals are normal or just because the waiter had to serve us quickly and move us and it was his kind to apologize, but it was undoubtedly a part of the best customer service I've ever experienced. excellent eating and excellent service and reasonable trips.

I don't understand the negative reviews. we were treated very attentively and the dishes were excellent. meat was cooked to perfection and so delicious. good to knowing gaumen and also a vegetarian in the group. I would highly recommend this place. yourself. if the prices have risen, I would be very happy to support such a great restaurant. I felt that we had enormous value for money in consideration of the quality of eating and the friendly service.

Clean, polite, friendly, romantic, beautiful decoration, perfect for date nights, family celebrations, cheap prices compared to competitors baboush and barru! isanbul is the best turkish in southend, am a regular in york rd and westerncliff restaurants, can not wait to go back!

Visited this restaurant on a regular basis before but it has been a while since due to the Covid situation. Things started to relax somewhat for restaurants so we decided to treat ourselves and support or local Turkish restaurant. Unfortunately we were really disappointed with...the new menu and it’s giant hike in prices, mixed grill now and not only that the portions were pitiful and quality not to its usual standard, for to at this restaurant is very overinflated. Was going to complain to Fairman the manager but he is such a nice guy we decided not to, having said that I think he was embarrassed about the prices as he pre warned us when handing the menus to us. Sad to say we won’t be going back to this restaurant again and pay there prices when there is so much choice around locally. Just on another point these establishments have had their VAT slashed to to help them recover from the shut down due to the pandemic so I fail to see why they would risk there business through diners not returning SHAME ON YOU
