Mcdonald's - Southbury

Our recent visit to the McDonald’s in Southbury was an absolute delight! We were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality from the moment we stepped in. But what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by manager Karla. Karla’s good personality, wonderful smile, and willingness to go above and beyond made our experience enjoyable. She ensured that our order was accurate, and even took some time to chat with us, which was very nice of her. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly commendable. We were also happy with another worker named Edd. He was polite and had a good smile on his face when he brought over our food and told us to enjoy our meal! The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained. The food was served promptly, and everything tasted delicious! Thank you, Karla, for making our visit to McDonald’s a positive one. Your dedication to customer service reflects well on the entire team. We’ll definitely be back, and we hope to see Karla there again! We need more happy and friendly people like her in the world!
