Mcdonald's - Southbank

Eating a Big Mac offers a perfect combination of textures and flavors. The three-layered bun is a delight to behold.

This is the only McDonald's in the area. It is always busy with lots of people passing through, as McDonald's is a popular choice worldwide.

I visited this restaurant recently with my friends and ordered 6 nuggets. When I opened the box, I noticed there were only four left. I asked the waiter about it, and then approached the friendly young woman at the register to inquire about my missing nugget. She quickly gave me another nugget in a clean box. I was pleased with her helpfulness and also admired her fit physique.

Children came out of ladies in disgust describing it as 'hairy' and wouldn't use it. Wife went in and they were right. It had not been cleaned in ages! Certainly the dirtiest toilet we found during three weeks travelling in Australia.

Excellent and safe place to get a quick bite. Newly renovated McDonald's or they call it Maccas at Freshwater Plc is clean, brightly lit and a great plc to have an inexpensive meal or quick bite. Sundaes are great too. Open till 12 midnight when everything else is closed. Need breakfast at 10pm? They got hotcakes and hash brown!
