Freyja - Southbank

I took my mother out for dinner at this restaurant before heading to see "The Phantom of the Opera," and we were not disappointed. The staff was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive—truly sensational! We started with oysters, zucchini flowers stuffed with shrimp, octopus, and oyster mushrooms. For our main courses, we shared the dory and duck, accompanied by a side of cooked vegetables. The ambiance was lovely, with beautiful lighting and perfectly curated music that allowed us to carry on a conversation easily. We left feeling very satisfied and would not hesitate to return!

The waiting staff were excellent, but I was quite disappointed that we were seated in the cellar instead of on the ground floor. The food was interesting, but I found it to be expensive for what we received. We had a lovely evening mainly thanks to the company, but I'm not sure if I would come back.

I had an incredible culinary experience at this restaurant. To be honest, it was one of the best meals I've ever had. Every dish was perfectly crafted and absolutely delicious. The ambiance was wonderful, creating a lovely atmosphere. The service was exemplary—friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning!
