Rancho Grande Mexican - Southaven

Maybe the best tamale I’ve ever had! Excellent food and a good price.

This restaurant has big seating areas and can accommodate big parties! We went there with our baseball team and got seats in a nice area that looks like an outdoor patio, but it has air conditioning. The drinks were tasty and the food was delicious. Bathroom was very small and too hot. I think their AC in the bathroom was broken. Parking was easy! The server brought everyone’s food but my chicken soup and I had to wait 15 extra minutes.Waiting over 40 minutes for a soup doesn’t make any sense to me. The manager should have assigned our party of 30 people two servers instead of just one. What’s the point of having only 1 server when there were servers standing by the door? Everything else, was really good! Go visit! Parking: Very easy to park

All of our Margaritas did not have any alcohol in them.

Went to Rancho grande for some late dinner. Went home and started eating when my husband noticed hair in his food (picture available) it made him so sick. The next day around lunch time I went to the restaurant to get a refund and the managers whole personality changed when I told him what happen and I said I have picture proof. Then even having proof he said that I gotta have a receipt for him to refund of I told him it’s in my car. Came back in with the receipt and he didn’t even looked at it just asked me for the item name and gave me cash.

Wanted a drink while I wait for my dinner. But wasn't acknowledged at all while sitting at the bar. Including the manager.
