O'charley's - Southaven

Brittany never fails to take great care of us. She let us know how pleasantly surprised the kitchen was at my huband asking for Nashville hot chicken tenders for his chicken tender salad. Food was all great. Hot rolls are addictive. Best was since we were too full for pie, my husband asked how much a whole pie would be since we could cut it into six pieces, it was a great deal. When I asked her if she could decorate it she smiled excitedly said we just made her day! As you can see, she is an artist! We’ll be back!

Our waiter was the best I've encountered in the last few years, especially since the pandemic. I hadn't visited this restaurant in over a year due to poor service and subpar food. However, the chef prepared our meals perfectly this time, and they were truly delicious. Our server, Sarge, was outstanding and incredibly patient with us, even though some members of our party were running late. We never had to ask for refills; she was always right there, attentive to our needs. This made the experience exceptional for all four of us, including my two-year-old grandson. It's great to see that there are still waitstaff who appreciate good customers and make them feel valued. If you go there, definitely ask for Sarge—you'll see what a fantastic server she is. Every restaurant could benefit from a leader like her. Be sure to tip her well; she truly deserves it!
