Five Guys Burgers And Fries - Southaven

The burger my man had was amazing! but I must warn them, this place is expensive compared to other places on the market. Nothing is included with their article of choice, everything is sold separately. $11 burger isn't coming with fries or drinking. they would have to pay $20 to make what they eat. I had the hot dog and it just came with nothing on it and very small for $6. this was my first visit and I guess I expected more than what I paid, rather than for more. this place was very busy, the workers have made a great job to get disorders. the horses were delicious and I enjoyed my milkshake. my daughter also enjoyed eating her. I like the place, but hate the prizes.

Five Guys is a great place to eat. Munching on peanuts is fun while waiting for your food. The never disappoint with the amount of fries they give you. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because they are on the pricey side for me. Maybe I'm cheap. Individual results may vary.

Food is great. Price has sky rocketed. Tried to call in a to go order while driving from olive branch. I called 9 times and no one answered. I asked when I placed my order but didn't get a response on why no answer. I will try to order online next time I guess

I went on 4/9/22 at 9:36pm and it was very easy to order. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and my sandwich had NO bacon on it. When I brought this to your attention you told me, We ran out of bacon, but we're cooking some right now Were you hoping I would just grab my bag and go home without checking it??? Your little Cajun fry is straight garbage, because that's exactly where I threw it. Is Cajun code for burnt? Almost $20 for this is insane, because I would have to be insane to go back. The taste of my corrected bacon cheeseburger got you your extra star.

Poor service from the general manager on down! I never rate this low, but when the service is bad I won’t be back! I called in an order of almost $50 for 3 burgers and fries and asked for specific instructions. Right before the guy hung up I heard a rude female in the background saying we can’t make the sandwich the way I asked. I bagged in and watched the interaction with staff. They seemed upset, so I walked in and as soon as I walked in that same female asked, “ are you Leslie.” No welcome at all just rude and disrespectful. I said yes and the general manager told me he wouldn’t accommodate my order. He said, “we don’t separate anything, but you can,” and proceeded to try to charge me for a paper bowl. I told him I shouldn’t have to pay anything extra, because they didn’t follow instructions. I also let him know I felt offended and for a customer to pay over 10$ on a double cheeseburger you would think they would try to be nice. He never apologized or addressed my Dissatisfaction! I told him since the burgers were not made correctly, I wanted a refund for 2 and I’ll keep one and fries. This GENERAL MANAGER TOLD ME ILL REFUND ALL NOT SOME! The AUDACITY!!!! I told him since he doesn’t care about me as a customer; I didn’t want anything and left! I’ll never send anyone to this location again! He’s a poor manager and his staff has his awful spirit!
