If you are interested in a BBQ plate, it is designed for a minimum of two people and costs at least £60. Unfortunately, there is no option to order a plate for just one person. The burgers do not come with any sides and the pickles were not very crisp. As is typical with chain burger restaurants, the portion sizes of the chips were on the smaller side. I ordered a Philly cheeseburger with fries and an iced tea for £23.50. The service during my visit was lacking in enthusiasm. We like to come to this restaurant when we're in the city center and craving a burger. The burgers are a good size with a variety of options to suit different tastes. Ordered wings which tasted of vinegar to the point of being almost inedible. Drinks took more than 20 minutes to arrive despite a mostly empty restaurant and when they did the glasses were covered in dirt and bits of food; we were just told that the dishwasher wasn't very good. Been here a few times and just wow best value, best tasting burgers in Southampton. Excellent customer service always friendly and cheerful/helpful. The burgers are amazing, love the buffalo wings and if you have enough room you really should try their fresh milkshakes. For the price you will be hard pushed to find a better place!
