Papa John's Pizza - Southampton

The restaurant took our money but did not deliver our food. There is no excuse for this kind of service. We were extremely disappointed. It is disappointing to see another Southampton franchise fail in this way.

I had a fantastic experience and the customer service was excellent.

It seems like they ran out of mozzarella and substituted it with regular cheese, which was greasy and unpleasant. I could only eat half of it before feeling sick. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant.

Generally alright for a takeaway pizza crusts can be a little dry sometimes though. Toppings have always been fine! Delivery could do with some work online progress marker is often wrong/very ahead, and when it's been out for delivery for 45 minutes with no gauge of how far it is can be very unnerving!

A normal pizza place, fast food average staff. I would recommend other pizza places but pappa John's is probably cheaper.
