Frankie And Bennys - Southampton

Visited the restaurant for pre-movie meal. We used meerkat meals which made the food very good value. Great attentive service from ever-smiling Kasia. We had a minor issue with our bill, which was deal with very efficiently and courteously by on duty manager Monika. We will be coming back.

I ate here with my wife and my two daughters on a wet, rainy Saturday. We ordered food and it was 6 minutes later. The meals of the children had a good value for money and enjoyed them. I ordered the pork chop to the milanesa and it was a very small piece of fried and dry pork. There was a bit of arugula salad and I went hungry!My wife had the vegan burger and it was fine.We had a test card where we could have 241 on the grid and the waitress said we couldn't use it, we asked why, since the app told us we could use it on a Saturday, said that her manager had not said discounts this weekend. We paid the full bill and left.Our waiter was great and very attentive all night.

This restaurant was a convenient choice for us as we walked over from our hotel at the nearby West Quay to visit the Odeon cinema. The atmosphere was cozy with not too many people around. The bench seats were a bit tight to squeeze into, but once seated, there was plenty of room at the table for a comfortable dining experience. Our server, a knowledgeable woman, made our evening by being very attentive. The food arrived at perfect intervals, allowing us to enjoy each course. We were satisfied with the quality of the food and found the prices to be fair. The menu could use some updating, but we still enjoyed our time there. The dishes we chose were full of flavor and the portions were reasonable.
