Sandy Cove Tavern - SOUTH YUNDERUP

The food offered at this restaurant was a great value for the money. It was the best place and I would definitely return. It was quite busy, so there was a bit of a wait for food, but they did warn us before taking our order. I would recommend this restaurant.

We happened to be in the area and decided to try out this restaurant for a late lunch on a Wednesday in preparation for a family meal planned for Friday. We immediately fell in love with everything about this place, so we ended up returning on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Every meal we had was outstanding. On steak night, all seven of us enjoyed perfectly cooked steaks that brought us joy. The Schnitzel Roll was also delicious with generous servings, excellent chips, and a nice salad. The outdoor view was very relaxing, and there was play equipment for the kids. The staff were all helpful and friendly. We all left feeling like we needed to shed some weight because the food was so good. You won't find a better place to eat - this tavern serves some of the best meals we've ever had, and there's a special every weeknight. 10 stars.

I have always enjoyed dining at Sandy Cove Tavern for their delicious steak served with a side of fresh salad. The staff is also very friendly. I wish I lived closer so I could make this place my regular dining spot.

We've been visiting this tavern for over a year. At the beginning with meals were excellent in quality and quantity. Service and friendliness of the bar staff were excellent. The food was great too. In the last six or so months we have noticed a decrease in the portion sizes and what the cook must call a salad. The fish size has fallen by at least 1/3, the chips have fallen by 2/3 (my grandchildren over 5 years old would complain in the part of the chips). The SALAD is another thing, much I classified a weed from the farm, I did not see a salad, a light slice of red onion when you get tomatoes, you luck have much grated carrot has suddenly appeared as a salad, and a variety of spicy paprika . small amount of vinegar. What happened to the Australian Beetroot with a salad.

Visited the tavern for a birthday lunch. ordered 4 lunches at 1.20pm still waiting at 3pm. told by staff it's not their fault, requested refund and left hungry, and very dissatisfied.
