Ted's Montana Grill - South Windsor

We came in an hour before closing, and staff seemed very annoyed to have to serve us. Not at all welcoming or even pleasant. The bison burger and ribeye were very good, but the fries were old, and the onion rings werent separated as they were fried, so the breading was all stuck together and not thoroughly cooked.

Their food is good. This most recent visit was very disappointing, every time we needed something or waitress was nowhere is to be found then when we'd ask for something she'd forget to bring it back to us. She closed out our check before asking us if we wanted anything else to drink or dessert. I think for the price of the food they could do a lot better on servers

Food is normally good. But this time it was under standard. Berger was missing a topping. Salad was missing an ingredient and the salmon on the salad was pretty small. Drink was missing an ingredient as well. Wasn't busy, but took 1 hour before we got our food. This won't stop me from going again, but it will make me think twice. Could just be that it was understaffed.

Service was reeeaallyyy Sllloooowwww and the food was over cooked, bun was stale and rings were cold but I did get the beer I ordered after the check so that was a nice suprise

This was about my 3rd time being here. And unfortunately, this time was ruined because of the food. I had ordered nachos, Caesar salad, and the New York strip (with asparagus, onion rings/fries). The Caesar salad was good, and the nachos were good, too. Until I found hair in my nachos?. I should have said something to the waitress, but we didn't. And once I found the hair, I just lost my appetite for everything else. We paid our $120 bill, and will never return. So be AWARE you might find hair in your food.
