Mcdonald's Bligh Park - South Windsor

Shocking service! By both staff and manager on shift 25/12 at at approx 4:00 pm. I asked for some help as I usually have my disability support worker To help me. The staff member told me you will just have to pay the original price and not get your discount for your meal and drink as I’m too Busy with 8 cars behind you. I then went to the next window to get help From the manager and was told the same thing I cannot help you I have cars lined up. Horrible service. Service: Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Funny how they call out your number but the self-serve never has paper in it, like how would I know if that's my number? The machine never told me. Kinda defeats the convenience of self serve

Terrible drive thru service. Big queue, cars not moving, person on at the window appeared to lack training, had to repeat the order several times. Ordered an iced chocolate, served with no cream. Asked where it was and was told they ran out. They didn't state this when they took the order and were happy to proceed as if there was no issue. Maccas... You can't serve a food/beverage item without over of it's main identifying ingredients. Who's running this show? How **** hard is it to run next door to the servo and pick up some cream. No idea.
