Bidrage med feedbackDo not bother coming here. What happened? The drive-thru used to only take 5-7 minutes, but now it takes 10-15 minutes or more. The orders are consistently incorrect and they never have cold beer available. The app is never updated. Since the restaurant was sold, the quality has declined even further. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place.
I went to this restaurant over the weekend and overall, they are good. However, the girl at the counter seemed confused, she tried to charge me twice, gave me drinks I didn't order, and forgot part of my order. I had to drive back home and back again, and she didn't even apologize. This negative experience has led me to choose other Dunkin' locations for my coffee and breakfast in the future. It's a shame because the restaurant is usually run by nice people, but one bad experience is enough for me to take my business elsewhere.
The new owners just ended a beautiful franchise. This was the busiest Dunkin in the world because they made the donuts on sight and the last Dunkin to make donuts on sight. Until the new owners arrived.They fired the last 2 bakers so no more variety and big donuts anymore. They ended all the good stuff.
The associate that took are order not paying attention to what we want.they didn't make the frozen hot chocolate correctly. And had to asked if it was large and also it wanted whipped cream my niece wasnt very happy with the frozen hot chocolate
Waits in the inner for a long time only one person on the counter it must have been about 8 other people who work again in the opposite. the commands were always wrong, maybe less I start hearing the customer. Bagel was hard like a rock, no tasted a steak knife to cut it. terrible will not be back.
