Guilt Free Takeaway - South Tyneside

I was sitting here during my dinner break and ordered chicken skewers. I waited for 45 minutes but they never brought the chicken. I left disappointed, but they gave me a full refund. I believe they only prepared it after I had left.

The working environment at this restaurant is not good. I never get to eat any food until the afternoon because the manager, Joanne, does not listen to any suggestions or advice - she acts like she is always right.

My man and I often use the guilty free retreat, we usually have a main meal with a next order that serves us twice! Eat is always good when we visit, it is worth the trip to south shields from north shields. The...just after the change is nowhere to park before loading. Oh, and the fat burning curry could be a little hotter!

All meals offered are gluten free. I sampled the Prawn lemon and garlic risotto. Good portion, really enjoyed it. It's great to know everything is gluten free and there is a big choice for lunch and evening meals and they will deliver locally too. I...was tempted by their selection of gluten free cakes. Great.

Food is great, delivery a little slow. I suggest collecting your order if you're really hungry. strongly recumbent the chicken and pea risotto!
