Rank! Must have used the cheapest and most stale ingredients they could find. The chicken was by the worst chicken I’ve ever had and the pizza tasted of nothing!

I ordered takeout from this restaurant and got chips, a burger, potato wedges, and garlic dip. I always order my regular food from here because it is nice and tasty.

We ordered 2 cheeseburgers but received 2 soggy processed chicken burgers instead. When we brought up the mistake, the restaurant denied fault and did not offer a refund or replacement. This experience showed us that they are not reliable caterers. The chicken burgers were served with lettuce and mayo instead of pickled cabbage, showing a lack of knowledge about burgers. The overpowering smell of vinegar lingered all night, making us wonder how it would have tasted. Normally, burgers should be garnished with lettuce, onion, and tomato, as long as the correct order is delivered. It seems like there are no qualified caterers working at this establishment.

I strongly advise against visiting Abra Pizza Shop in South Shields. The staff, particularly a young man with black curly hair and tan skin named 'Ash', were incredibly rude. Despite specifically requesting a pizza without mushrooms due to my allergy, 'Ash' gave me a pizza with mushrooms on it. When my boyfriend politely asked for a replacement, 'Ash' became aggressive and threatened violence. The other staff members were equally unhelpful and dismissive. When I mentioned my allergy, they refused to change the pizza or provide a refund. Their behavior was unacceptable and they showed a complete lack of concern for my well-being. I will be reporting this incident to environmental health. My advice to anyone in Shields is to avoid this pizza shop at all costs.

I would not recommend this pizza shop to anyone not even a rat! The staff young staff member with black Curley hair and tanned who goes name by as ‘noddy’ is one horrible man) we specifically asked for a pizza without mushrooms as I am allergic and ‘noddy’ give me a pizza with mushrooms on, my boyfriend then polity told ‘noddy’ the young man) about that he made a mistake with the pizza and asked if he could change it and the young man ‘noddy’ got very aggressive telling my boyfriend to get outside so he could ‘smash his head in’ then I politely said to the other staff members of the shop about that I am allergic to mushrooms, they would not change it or give me a refund until I said I was going to environmental health as I think they were very rude, aggressive and did not care about the mistake they made and did not care if I had an allergic reaction! Honestly hope they get closed down
