No5 Catering - South Somerset

This cafe is described as a “nice little café” but it is so much more than that. The choice of breakfast, lunch and dinner items available is amazing. There cakes are amazing and decent sized too. Overall I believe this cafe is great value for money and the staff are friendly, approachable and kind.

Staff on the vans and in the shop have always been helpful and chatty. the food always great and well stocked too :

I ordered food and realised straight away I had put the wrong delivery address. I rang the diner over 7 times to try and tell them I needed my food delivered to a different address. No answer. I then get a voicemail about 30 minutes later saying the delivery driver was outside the address and left the food outside the front door. I rang the diner around another 10 times and finally someone answered. I explained that I had been ringing the diner for around an hour with no reply. The man on the phone was very rude and said it’s not their fault they are busy and no one can get to the phone. I then asked if I can have my food delivered to the right address, they refused and said it was my fault and should have put the right address. I understood that I should have checked but then for a business to not answer and then be rude and blame the customer?? (Baring in mind they did not ring me when there was no answer at the door, just plonked it and left). I arrived home a few hours later with the food still outside my door. I looked through the bag and then realised they had not packed half of the items I had ordered. I will not be ordering from these guys again as they were rude, arrogant and didn’t even give me what I payed for.

First visit, clean well lit and very clean, but the most important was the food was great , well cooked well presented and great value for money, service was quick and friendly, what more could you want, we will be going back and become regulars, thanks to all for all your hard work.

I preordered breakfast for ten work colleagues. Presented very nicely and the diner was very clean and social distancing was being observed.
