Burger King - South Somerset

Was shut when online and on the door it said it was open. This was 7pm.

On the app it said between 20-40mins and it took an hour and 20mins to arrive, unacceptable.

The place was dirty there was wrappings everywhere and there was old food on the ground when i came here . I wouldn't reccomend going here . The only decent thing Is that it doesn't take longer then 10 minutes to get your meal . But when you enter you can see into the kitchen and occasionally they leave a fry for hours for it to get cold and then they serve it to people .

Food is all cold delivery time kept on being pushed back tryed ringing 6 times to come and collect as it was taking so long but no answer very very poor service would not recommend what so ever spending over £72 for cold food. who in there right mind packs cold drinks with cooked food that's supposed to be warm/hot. there are more chips in a small chips than there is in the cheese and bacon chips for twice the price!

Incompetence embodied into a restaurant. Went there on my 30 min work break, turned up at 2:30 with only one order ahead of me and ended up having to leave at 3 to get back to work after wasting my money without getting my food. Not even under staffed either plenty of people there.
