Great sandwich and AMAZING potato salad. I'm from Texas so I'm sad I won't be able to visit again. Very friendly staff. My order was slightly messed up but the food was so yummy I couldn't even be upset! Highly recommend for a good sandwich!

Highly recommend the Brown Bear and the Kodiak bear, also the French fry dip is great! Always enjoy when they come to Peebles Test Operations.

This food truck came to the neighborhood and they were great. The food came out at a reasonable time and tasted great. The prices were a little steep IMO considering just a sandwich was $9, fries $3, loaded fries $6... with that said it was filling. My mother was visiting me that day and she ended up getting the club. She really enjoyed it. She ate nearly the entire thing. All of the sandwiches come with bacon, cream cheese, and havari cheese. Her club had extra bacon, turkey, lettuce, tomatoe,, mayo. I had the little she had leftover and I also liked it. I ended up getting the Spirt Bear I believe. It had the bacon, cream cheese, and havatiti cheese, extra bacon, chicken, lettuce, and their spirit sauce. This sandwich was also very good! We shared a side of loaded fries. They had cheese sauce, sour cream, bacon, chives, and jalapenos (they must have been chopped fine idk). These were delicious. The fries alone were good as well and I typically don't eat fries much, usually give them to my dining partner, but I enjoyed them but were even better with the cheese. Overall a good/great sandwich I just wish for $9 you also got a bag of chips or a bottle water or something with it but I get prices are rising and it's expensive to drive a food truck then run the generator.
