Bidrage med feedbackThis was the worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had. When I walked in, no one acknowledged me. I waited ten minutes after ordering a single chalupa and still hadn’t received anything, even though the store was empty and there was no line at the drive-thru. Eventually, I brought this to their attention, and they finally made my chalupa, but it was done sloppily. To make matters worse, they handed me a coupon for a free taco that expired the same day. Save yourself the trouble and just drive to Daly City or Millbrae; you'll likely make the round trip faster than it would take to get food here.
Yesterday, I tried to pay with both cash and card at the drive-thru, and the guy said it was okay. Today, I checked my bank account and saw that he charged the full amount to my card, likely keeping the cash I gave him for part of the payment. The cashier stole $12 from me—it may not be a huge amount, but it’s definitely not right.
Best thing about this Taco Bell is that they have EV Chargers. I now can get a chalupa and charge and be on my way. A huge bonus -their chargers work with my Tesla and at lower rates than a Tesla SuperCharger nearby.
Took my small daughter here and had discount cupons! She was very excited to use them, then they told her they didn't except them, what a slap in the face! Food was awful, overpriced, and did not meet the standards of published pictures of theirappearance, and mouth watering Illustrations! Will abandon Taco Bell forever! Almost twenty dollars for four Items! Shame onyou Taco Bell.!!! Where did the old Great Taco Bell go, into the sunset like a lot's of other places went!
I placed two separate orders, but the older cashier told me that I could only make one transaction per car. What kind of customer service is that? Is there really a policy like that—only one order allowed per vehicle? Why can't we have two separate transactions from the same car? Are they worried about average handling time? I've uploaded a photo for the owner, and I encourage them to check the voice recording of the transaction to verify the details and identify the associate who was handling my order at that time.
