Wabasha Deli Cafe - South Saint Paul

A top-notch deli, I've been here regularly since I worked nearby. Great service, excellent food. I love their breakfast, especially the Fillmore Sandwich. Your soups and fantastic and the soup and the sandwich is a lot. I would recommend the Wabasha Deli to everyone. I am a new transplant from New Jersey and at home Deli's are a big deal and Wabasha meets every expectation I have. If they only had cheese steaks, it would be like I never went home! Give them a shot and you won't regret it.

The Wabasha Deli and Cafe was a great lunch experience. It had the little city feeling next to the 'Big City' downtown St. Paul. I came to lunch and was served with excellent customer service. People there were real. The man in the register welcomed me to the neighborhood and I received a free cookie for my first time to come there! I would highly recommend this place!

From here ordered several times, every time the food was more delicious than the last. The delivery service was excellent Chef Steven himself delivered the food. How many places do you know (which delivers) provide the cook (himself) voluntarily? Chef Steven welcomed us with a BIG smile, the greatest amount of feel-good heat. He has the greatest personality was very sweet to my daughter (which tried to go with him) she was extremely comfortable/sweet with him (even if she is Leary the men she does not know). After he left, I called because I had NIE such a service from anywhere, even because my daughter threw a fit because he went without her. I will eat with evil!!!!!! UPDATE This morning (3-19-15) I ordered from here for the first time since I moved my daughter a few months ago. I wept when I took the first bite of my usual omelette cause of the great taste explosion that continues in my mouth. For the first time (over 18 years) I took an hour to eat my breakfast every single bite. If you have never eaten WABASHA DELIs food, you do not know what you obviously miss. The taste explosion that goes on in your mouth will let you sit there and wonder why you haven't eaten there before. If I gave WABASHA DELI a million stars.

Great service. there was little bit of a wait during the lunch rush. Great food for a reasonable price.
