Dunkin' - South Richmond Hill

I wish i could stop getting stale donuts and munchkins. Everytime i come here. To this location. Nothing is fresh. I dont know. If they sell stale stuff from day

No decaf... how do you run out of coffee? smh, these dunkins in Richmond Hills (Liberty Ave) need to get it together.

Every time I come here the food it’s never fresh and they always mess up the drinks even if you show them what you want on the screen??‍??‍??‍

First off, the floor was littered with dirty napkins and some questionable looking spills. I was tired and decided to wait here 40 mins or so before going to a nearby doc appointment. I ordered the Caramel chocolate cold brew and received salted caramel instead blech ? I hate salted caramel! and wasn't given the option of creamer/milk. So I basically received syrup coffee ?. I confronted the barista about my wrong order and she was nice enough to change it. BUT in the same cup so I still got the yummy ? salted caramel flavor. Anyways, whatever, I hate confrontation so I didn't say anything else, I sucked it up and drank my drink . I didn't notice the jumbo flies about 3 or so buzzing around until after I ordered 2 muffins to go . When I got home and daringly sampled the muffins , compared to another dunkin that's at Rockaway, this muffin tasted stale and wasn't as moist or soft and didn't even taste like what I actually ordered; which was coffee cake muffin. Most people go to Dunkin and famous coffee spots because they need the caffeine/pick me up to keep going about their day. Overall, this experience was a huge disappointment cause I haven't had my favorite Dunkin drink in months cause of lack of syrup and finally got it, just with a big hint of salt?. I'll take a peek in the future when I'm around this area again and will update this review if anything changes. August 3rd, 2023

I went in at about 10:00 a.m. I was looking at the selection of donuts available and either they've already run out of a lot or they didn't get a delivery in. I ordered an apple crumb donut and a glazed donut. Walked out of the store and back to my place of residence and bit into the apple crumb and it was a bit chewy like a day old. Thought nothing of it and finished it. My glazed donut looked like the glaze had already seeped into the donut so there was hardly any left on the top and biting into it, the same day old chewiness. Disappointed.
