Mcdonald's Restaurants - South Ribble

Disgustingly filthy windows internally dirt all over the floors... horrible......very disapointing- the staff click the order numbers up onto screen as 'ready ', when they are not. cheats!

Awful place ordered food waited 15 mins for cold rubbish and the place is chaos don't go there mcdonald's is bad enough as it is but 15mins for a cold one !!!!

I ordered food on just eat, my order arrived but only received drinks. Was missing all the food. Reported to just eat via email to get a response that it will be looked into. Rang McDonalds to see if the driver had left the food but he had got my order mixed up with someone else’s. The shift manager said she would re make my order if I could collect. The shift manager was lovely and very accommodating and she didn’t have too as it was not her fault. Very impressed with her customer service skills.

I went through the drive through this morning, and waited over a minute to give my order even though there wasn't a single vehicle in the queue. I wasn't asked which drinks I wanted, or told which window to pay at. So I went to the collection window and then told to go back to the pay window where there wasn't anyone to take my money. When I got home (less than 5 minutes) my black coffee was white and cold. Very disappointed.

Lad coughing up outside. Everyone sniffling on their hands. Low class disgusting place don't go unless you want Dissapointment. Are they for real?
