Cracker Barrel - South Portland

The restaurant exceeded our expectations. Unlike other reviews, we were seated promptly, provided with water right away, and our order was taken quickly and efficiently. Our food arrived hot and fast. The pancake was slightly undercooked, but everything else was so delicious that I wouldn't hold it against them. I particularly enjoyed the sampler of omelettes and the blueberry pancakes. I tried both maple syrup and hot berry syrup, which were both warmed up and added a nice touch to the meal. Overall, a great experience!

The Cracker Barrel Old Country Store is a fantastic restaurant that offers guests delicious and affordable meals. In May 2022, I treated myself and my wife to dinner at the Cracker Barrel location in South Portland, Maine. The staff greeted us warmly upon our arrival, and our server, Terry H., provided excellent service by assisting us with ordering and explaining the menu options. Both my wife and I enjoyed our meals - she had a steak dish and I tried the maple bacon chicken. The food was well-cooked, perfectly seasoned, and absolutely delicious. If you find yourself in Portland, Maine, my wife and I highly recommend dining at the Cracker Barrel restaurant.
