Bridgeway - South Portland

I absolutely love this restaurant! I've been a regular for over 25 years, and the staff is always friendly. I tried the fried haddock for the past two weeks, and it was excellent!

The food was delicious, and Coco had a wealth of knowledge about the area. Come for the amazing cuisine, and enjoy the great company while you're here!

They've made many improvements to this restaurant. The new decor is warm, welcoming, and comfortable. The food is consistently good and reasonably priced. If you go often enough, the waitstaff will even know your name. Plus, they serve an excellent Manhattan. This is our go-to spot whenever we're in the mood for a reliable meal without the pretentiousness often found in the Portland food scene.

Had lunch then came back later for drinks. Colleen is a great bartender, friendly, engaging, happy to see you. We would definitely go back.

The frozen chicken patty came as a sandwich and was ridiculously overpriced. There was only one server, which made everything take a long time (not their fault, but the company's). I apologize for being harsh, but it was probably one of the worst meals I've ever had.
