Kfc - South Point

After finishing a workout at Planet Fitness nearby, I decided to check out this restaurant's online menu for some macro-friendly options. Unfortunately, they did not have the items I was looking for. The service I received was not only disappointing, but also came across as aggressive and demeaning. As someone who works in the food service industry, I usually refrain from leaving negative reviews. However, the negative energy I experienced here has made me reconsider ever eating at this establishment again. This experience has given me a reason to steer clear of KFC in the future.

We waited for more than 30 minutes and our orders were incorrect. Each order took 10 minutes in front of us. It was absolutely ridiculous and I will never return to this location.

I was told it would take 15 minutes for my chicken tenders, but I ended up waiting outside for 45 minutes. Since their phone line wasn't working, I had to go inside to alert them. It was frustrating and felt like a joke of a business. Once I finally got inside, they started making my food. Overall, I had a terrible experience and would give them 0 stars if possible. On a previous visit, they also forgot to give me any sauces and the chicken tenders were mostly bread. I spent over $100 on two separate visits.

Friday nite n no coleslaw good grief charlie brown. My friend wanted livers and i guess they don't do those anymore. Some of the chicken was rubbery and 2 of the biscuits could have been from long ago compared to the other 2

Enjoyed a nice sit down meal and free refills. A wonderful and satisfying experience as KFCs go.
