Bidrage med feedbackI went at noon on a weekday, it was fairly empty, dark and depressing. Robert was working hard as the cashier, the busboy, the server and even food prep. Was informed that their was no longer a buffet-and its most likely not coming back, also was informed that their is also no longer an unlimited sald bar option. By default I ordered the lunch special and was handed a small plastic to go box that only had some not so fresh lettuce. The personal pizza wasn't bad though. Honestly, It feels like SR. managment or ownership has just given up on the restaurant at this point.
The personal pizza special is the best. It comes with 4 toppings!!! of your choice! and a soda.Pizza is made to order and is nice and hot and they have live UEFA Champions football (soccer) Karen is the best very friendly
I absolutely love this restaurant! The taste, smell, and flavors are fantastic. However, it would be great to have more family deals and a wider variety of options to choose from when using coupons—not just chicken and veggie pizza. Aside from that, this place is amazing!
The food was excellent, just as delicious as I remembered from my first visit. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to enjoy it as often lately since two of their locations near me have closed.
We ended up eating something different and went to bed. Then, at midnight, I received an email notification from Postmates that woke me up. It was a receipt indicating that the order had been completed at 10:00 PM. Confused, I went outside to find the pizzas left at the bottom of my stairs on wet concrete and covered in ants, since the lawn had just been watered. The restaurant had chosen to reverse the cancellation two hours after notifying me it was canceled, without any prior warning, and delivered the pizzas in the dark. They didn’t leave the pizzas by the front door, nor did they ring the bell or knock to alert us that they had been delivered. Our entire house was dark because we had gone to bed, completely unaware that any pizzas were on their way after three cancellations. We ended up taking the cold, wet pizzas that had been sitting outside for hours, exposed to the elements and ants, and threw them out for safety reasons. We had already made other dinner plans since Roundtable had canceled our order multiple times, leaving us with no indication that the pizzas were coming. I have numerous issues with this experience. A restaurant shouldn’t cancel an order and then later decide to fill it without any communication. Furthermore, the delivery person arrived at a completely dark home and chose to leave the pizzas on the steps instead of by the front door, despite our delivery instructions clearly stating to leave them at the front door and ring the bell. It felt as if the delivery person realized something was off but opted to leave the pizzas without any concern for where they would end up. We pay a premium for Roundtable, and this entire situation is unacceptable. To make matters worse, Postmates has passed me off to four different employees and is refusing to issue a refund or assist me in any way. Unfortunately, both Postmates and Roundtable lost lifelong customers after this experience.
