The food was great fresh and always hot..! My quesadilla (the meat on it) had no flavor but the beans were great..!

We came in to place 3 orders and the place seem ill-equipped to handle several orders at once; both in customer service and in food. Once the orders were placed, the 2-person team seemed to work in sync, however, when ordering there were several items out of stock. I realize this is a much smaller location due to being on the island but I believe this can be a missed opportunity in tourism and locals.

Food is great . . . . . when it is actually open for business. It seems that the employees open and close whenever the hail they want. It is not a one time occurrence either. I have stopped in after Open hours only to find it has closed or, as happened today, I arrived before Closed hours to find the door shut. And that is because I actually called earlier today to specifically ask what time they closed and was told 9 pm by the employee on the phone. Well nope, someone decided to call it a night at 7 pm. Four other families asked if it was open as I stood there once again looking at a shut door. I was surprised they even answered the phone as they typically don 't answer during operating hours. You actually have to flip a coin to see if it is worth taking a chance going and hoping to find it open. If you are lucky enough to find it open be prepared to wait 30 45 plus no matter how big or small your order is. This place is out of your way and hardly advertised. It 's very disappointing to see this low of level of service from a well known local name for good food. Seriously thinking of not coming back only to waste my time. At this point I would not recommend. It seems to constantly be understaffed, no smiles, long waits, and 10% chance you 'll even find it open. Sad (for a Taco Palenque)

Food was fantastic! We had the pirata tacos and panchos nachos. My wife also had a chicken taco and said the chicken was some of the best she's ever had on a taco.
