Kaspa's Desserts - South Oxfordshire

One star was only because my granddaughter had her dessert first but then I had to wait nearly 30 mins for a coffee. Had to go to the counter twice to chase my order. Overpriced and place has no atmosphere. I'm going to avoid in the future. I don't usually give negative feedback without trying to offer advice to improve but not sure what would help, though could start with attentive staff.

Poor hygiene standards. The cutlery had stains on them, and felt sticky. We asked the waitress who bought new cutlery, which also felt sticky. I have a suspicion, they don’t actually wash the cutlery. For the money you pay, in a covid climate, you would think health and safety would be a priority. Don’t go.

Generous portions of artery-clogging sugary goodness. Service had some hiccups but not major and apologetic about it.

I have ordered from here twice now and both have been abismal. First time me and my friend ordered various waffles and milkshakes which came to £30ish. The delivery time said it would take about an hour which is unusual as our orders weren't complicated. We ordered around 8pm and after the hour had passed our wait time extended by another hour to just 20 minutes before closing time. We rang up once this time had passed and they told us it had been delivered, we had received nothing however. After a couple minutes of back and forth arguing saying we'd paid and the delivery hadn't come they eventually just gave us just eat voucher instead. This is now the second time this has happened to us as I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and just like last time the wait time was delayed and no order came by the time they had closed. Appalling I will NOT BE RETURNING. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

Lovely American dessert dinner, staff I personally experienced are friendly-ish. They serve a great range of desserts and beverages.
