The Kebab Shop - South Norfolk

Kebab meat is 2nd grade meat this is no authentic kebab shop, the only good side was the chips were actually decent for the establishment. Get some good meat and would be great

Food was cold. 1 hour late on delivery Half the order was missing, they didn’t fancy delivering the rest either.

Food took nearly 3 hours to arrive, was stone cold and half the order was missing. When I called to enquire I was told I was wrong and hadn't ordered it, when they eventually admitted fault they told me it would be over an hour for the rest... So overall, 4 hours for food the kids wouldn't even eat.

Wrong order was delivered. I called the restaurant to tell them so, the person who answered assured me he'd call me back once the driver had returned. Instead of that, the driver knocked on my door 30 minutes after my call, asked for the food back, returned 15 minutes later with an extremely cold right order. a) they should have called first as promised; we'd have asked for a refund instead. b) they should have re cooked the right order at least the chips, that's basic common sense. COLD CHIPS ARE INEDIBLE. I would have explained this to the driver but he obviously didn't speak enough English to understand (I tried). We paid 13 quid for a coldish burger, cold wrap and inedible chips, plus we had to run to the door on three separate occasions because of all this. Terrible service.

The donner meat was hard and tasted as if it had been sat out for days, the garlic mayo i ordered tasted more like herb dip than any garlic. The chicken wings were foul. They had no taste and were 90% fat. I paid £2 extra for halloumi in my kebab and i received two small pieces. Overall, this is probably the worst kebab shop i have been to in Norwich
