Happy Valley - South Norfolk

I placed an order for food on their website and paid for it, but the food never arrived. When I called the restaurant, the woman on the phone claimed that they had no record of my order and couldn't help me, despite the fact that I had an email receipt. She refused to connect me with the manager. When I checked online, it showed that my order had been cancelled and all previous orders had disappeared. I am now in the process of trying to get a refund from my bank. If I am unable to resolve this issue, I will need to involve trading standards.

I placed an order and paid over the phone. I have been waiting for over 2 hours and cannot reach them by phone. The service is poor, I have never had this experience when ordering through Just Eat. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

This is the best Chinese in Norwich. I can't believe it's at the time of writing only 3.9 out of 5. This is authentic Chinese food, not the tasteless greasy MSG **** you get from other takeaways. if you're on the fence about ordering don't listen to the bad reviews, make your own mind up. We have been ordering from here for years, dozens upon dozens of times and never once was it a bad meal.
