Sweet Vivere - SOUTH MORANG

Have been closed for the old now, but still shows in TA search. the venue has now been converted into building blocks work therapy center. a beautiful complement to the opposite!

I am referring to customer Ruchi G. Sometimes the customer is not always right. My staff member contacted this mans lovely wife to discuss an order that was placed the week prior. The colour theme for the baby shower was vibrant orange vibrant purple..., which it is hard to find roses in those colours. The lady decided to go with any vibrant orange purple colours we could find. The ladies husband was unaware of a few changes we made clearly not very happy. The husband came in with 5 men to pick up the cake. He proceeded to say it wasn't right,my staff member explained it was, she had spoken to his wife the design had changed. He said he had owned a cheesecake shop that the cake wasn't big enough, it was explained to him that, it was the 1 1/2 as requested. He his friends proceeded to tell my staff that it wasn't right. A very arrogant pathetic man trying to intimidate victimise my staff, should be ashamed of himself! Your control issues are not our problem!

I would give them a zero if I could. They ruined my baby shower! I will never go back there again. We ordered a tall 2-tier red velvet cake with roses on top. We placed the order with a staff member and she confirmed everything. On the day we were supposed to pick up the cake at 12, they called at 12:10 to say the cake wasn't ready so come after your party had started at 1. The cake was only 1.5 tiers with no roses, in fact, hardly any flowers on it. When my husband complained, Kim repeatedly told him to get lost! Extremely rude and the cake was terrible! It ruined my party! I will never go back there and I don't recommend it to anyone!

The only downside is that the restaurant is quite small. There are plenty of flavors to choose from. It would be great if they extended their opening hours, especially on warm evenings.

I often consider a quick coffee and whatever delicious tasty they have and they are always beautiful muffins, cakes and biscuits. the service is always friendly and cheerful.
