Starbucks - South Lebanon

Absolutely a terrible Starbucks go to any other location it will probably be better than this one! Terrible managers I feel bad for the employees.

This is a great starbucks. Very friendly, not too crowded and fast service!

Just got my iced coffee and there’s a guy going so super fast like he’s in a competition and I watched him making coffees. He is pushing on the pumps of flavors so fast there’s no way he’s getting full pumps of the flavors that people are asking for and paying for…I noticed that when I got mine, it’s not as sweet as it normally is. I thought maybe it was missing enough vanilla sweet cream, but after I asked for more of that and added it to my coffee, it’s just that it’s not sweet enough. I just left it like it was but not pleased that he went soooo fast trying to make the coffees he’s not making them consistently and it’s not as good as it normally is.Oh well, next time I’ll just pass if I see he’s making coffees. Thanks!

Friendly baristas. Not crowded, no wait for order. Clean festive and modern vibe/theme inside. Food came out perfect. They have pup cups here. Open early.

After years going here, I finally left a 1 star rating. Sunday morning, I walked in to get my usual with my personal cup so I could get the discount and not order ahead. It was a long wait and when I started seeing people who purchased their drinks after I did got their drinks, I let the barista know that I'm waiting on mine still. She rudely said to me there is a lot of orders so she would get to mine when it's my turn. Well duh.. I said I have to leave soon otherwise I wouldn't say anything if i had all the time in the world. She told me if I don't want to wait, I can leave and take my refund. Wow! Instead of maybe get my drink first since I had to leave she chose to say that. If she doesn't like her job, then please get a new job. But I chose not to say that to her because I really had to leave. I didn't get her name, but it's Sunday morning 11/12. It's not that I dont want to wait, but I can't wait over 15 mins for a drink. So maybe a manager can have a word with her. And really it would be nice to let me know what the estimated waited time is before I purchase. The reason I'm going to starbucks is so I can get my drink faster than making it at home. I'm not coming back here again. With the overpriced drinks, this isn't the treatment I want to get. I did get a refund but what I didn't get was my time back. It was dumb.
