I am so disgusted right now. I stopped to grab food to eat while writing my paper. I ordered 2 meals: one for my boyfriend and one for myself. I was distracted while writing so I didn't notice until I looked down to see why my food suddenly tasted funny. I was eating undercooked ground beef! I threw the rest away but unfortunately if something is wrong with the meat I definitely ate enough for it to be too late. This is absolutely unacceptable and is a health hazard for customers! At the very least be concerned with safety and cook the food properly. This McDonald's has always managed to get something wrong, either forgetting an item I ordered or my favorite memory forgetting the beef patty for my burger, but this is where I draw line. I don't leave reviews unless a company exceeds my expectations or really messes up, and serving me undercooked meat, risking my health, is messing up on a significant level. Be sure to use app when ordering, rarely is the front counter regularly manned. No nonsense staff pushing America's favorite fast food. Inside is decently clean and since most of the store traffic is via drive thru, a good place to hang and be left alone. I have never had a good experience here... burned buns, wrong orders, SLow service... I'm always waiting for the food in the provided parking spot. It's never made correctly... no exaggeration. EVERY TIME. I've given them multiple chances. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
