Peet's Coffee - South Lake Tahoe

I really enjoyed my vanilla latte, but unfortunately, the service was lacking. The staff member was dismissive and rude towards me, while being friendly with all the male customers. I couldn't help but feel that her attitude was either personal or perhaps based on my gender.

The staff member was rude, and the Wi-Fi didn’t have an internet connection. I won't be returning.

I ordered a blended matcha with whipped cream, but it ended up tasting like milky water. I noticed that the young man who prepared the drink also worked in the deli department. I ended up throwing the drink away and won't be returning. There are much better coffee shops in town. I only went there for a quick bite from the deli, but that was the worst matcha I've ever had.

This is a charming corner cafe located within the store. It offers plenty of seating by the window and maintains a clean atmosphere. I didn't order any coffee; I simply went there to pay for a birthday cake, which they managed efficiently. When I approached the cashier, she was engaged in another task, and after completing my transaction, she returned to it but unfortunately forgot to give me my receipt. I had to remind her a few times, as I don't think she heard me initially. However, she was very apologetic and wished me a wonderful day!

On July 4th, around 9:30 in the morning, I went there to grab an iced coffee. I was dressed quite uniquely, and aside from the two girls at the counter who were giving me disapproving looks, I overheard them making fun of me and laughing while I was adding cream to my coffee. It's disappointing to see that even in 2019, some women still feel the need to put other women down like that.
