They close at 4:00, which is ridiculous. I went to get a Smashburger but the menu board said it was "coming soon," so I ordered something else. This was a drive-thru only establishment. When I got to the window and asked about the Smashburger, I was told they had it available, but it was too late to reorder.

This restaurant is operating as a minimum viable product, only serving customers in vehicles because the interior dining area has been closed for over three years. The franchise owners should consider paying their staff fair wages to allow the place to be open for longer hours, or corporate headquarters should intervene. The atmosphere of the place leaves me feeling depressed.

This has got to be THE SLOWEST jack in the box I've ever been to. Expect 20-30 minute wait in the drive thru. And no, not because they're busy. There will be five or six cars in the entire drive through and it'll take a half hour to get through. Either they need to hire staff or figure something out.
