Bidrage med feedbackStage 2 Coffee House located in the old corn exchange in Stamford is a charming spot for lunch or a coffee break. The tables are surrounded by unique vendor stalls selling antiques, records, and handicrafts, with colorful bunting hanging above. I enjoyed a delicious iced latte and a tasty Brie, Bacon, and Onion Chutney Panini. The prices are also quite reasonable.
We were looking for a quick lunch option and decided to stop at this restaurant. We may have visited this place a few years ago when it was on the other side of the arcade, but now it is in a much nicer location surrounded by interesting craft shops. We both ordered open summer sandwiches and they were delicious.
Good selection of food and great coffee in a relaxed atmosphere, eat in a wonderful setting surrounded by a range of interesting shop units.
Visiting one of my sisters who helps runs the Nik Nak's charity shop, which is within the Corn Exchange shopping arcade. We opted to have lunch here. Service was quick and friendly and very reasonably priced. The food, which was 2 chunky fish fingers in a sandwich, with chips and a garnish, very tasty. Once finished we had a good wander around the shops/stalls there, that also has a varied selection of hand crafted goods. We enjoyed the meal so much, we back the next morning for a great full English breakfast.
I visited Stamford with some friends and we stopped by this cafe for lunch. It was a charming and welcoming place, located amongst small unique shops. The food was fantastic and there was a generous portion for a reasonable price. I will definitely be returning the next time I visit this lovely town.
