Carl's Jr. - South Jordan

The burger patty was incredibly tough and overcooked, resembling beef jerky. When I opened my burger, the patty crumbled apart. Unfortunately, the restaurant did not respond to my call to request a refund.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, even though my order was incorrect. The staff immediately came out to my car without me having to say anything, and they provided me with the correct order that I originally requested. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly.

Regina is the sweetest! Her friendly personality is the main reason I will definitely return to this restaurant. Her positive energy and smile are sure to brighten anyone's day!

We had the general manager Keller help us through the drive thru and I have never in my life had someone be such a jerk for just asking for sauce. It was completely uncalled for and I I was honestly worried he would spit in my food because of how much attitude he gave. I will never go back to this location because it was that terrible of an experience. However we had to pull to the front to wait for our fries and the worker that helped us Robert was so kind and so helpful. I just feel bad that he has to work with someone who is so rude. Robert gets five stars, Keller gets 0 negative honestly if I could give those.

MOLDY BREAD!!!!!!!!! I will never eat at Carl’s Jr. again . I’m absolutely disgusted.
