My rice was VERY undone! Hard actually. But everything else was fresh an really good. I never have a bad experience with them this was the first with the rice Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Do not go to this Chipotle thinking that your Carne Salada is going to be like the one in the commercials ! I did and what a letdown ! Plenty of rice , I didn’t want beans but received 4 small pieces of hard steak , the guacamole is separate item that you pay for and the whole meal was drowned in sour cream all which was completely tasteless for $15.00 ! Pass this one in South Holland up ! Food: 1

Was just told to pay extra because staff member did not use the correct amount of rice. Has anybody else been charged extra for the correct portion of ingredients? Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have place catering orders often and the order is never on time, ever!!!!! I’m not talking a couple minutes late. I get there and the order I placed the day, 28 hours early isn’t even started. This has happened multiple times. I don’t write reviews ever, but be warned, if you say pick up at 11am. Come around noon, and maybe your order will be getting worked on. The first time it was 48 minutes late, the second time 1.25 hours late. This time, they just missed it. Got here at the time and they didn’t even have the order started. 45 minutes in now and they just started on the order.
