Propa Burger - South Holland

Propa Burger is the best burger joint in the area! We have been regulars for months and have always enjoyed the delicious food. The staff is consistently polite and friendly. It is more convenient to pick up our orders than to wait for delivery. Unfortunately, the card payment machine has been out of order for months, but you can still order online if necessary. We highly recommend this place to our friends and family!

The burgers at this restaurant are tasty, but are they worth $7.50? Not really. I've had equally delicious burgers for half the price elsewhere. Overall, nothing particularly special.

After waiting an hour for our food, we called the restaurant and the woman who answered was rude and unhelpful. She said it would be another 10-20 minutes. When the food finally arrived almost 40 minutes later, it was not worth the wait. The chili dog was mediocre and tasted more like BBQ sauce than chili, and the sausages were not hotdog sausages. We had ordered waffles with strawberry and chocolate, but instead received cookie dough with a note saying there were no waffles available. This was not mentioned when we called to inquire about our order. When we tried to eat the cookie dough, it was so hard that we couldn't even get a spoon through it, and the strawberries were frozen solid. This was a disappointing experience, and we should have learned our lesson from the last time we ordered. We will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

Ordered from here, received wrong burger which also happened to be burnt to a crisp, charcoal black. Got another burger sent as a replacement, was mediocre at best, you could tell the burger had just been rushed and thrown together with no real care. First time I have ordered from here since new owners had took over from Jon and I have to say the quality and the standards of the food overall has gone down.

Just had texas ranch burger, double smokey burger and potato wedges, Marvellous as usual. Great to have you in Long Sutton
