Costa Coffee - South Holland

My wife and I visited the Costa coffee shop in Springfield. While my wife went shopping, I stayed behind as I have difficulty walking or standing for long periods of time. The shop was very busy and I couldn't wait in line, so I decided to wait outside on a bench. When my wife returned, she managed to speak with a staff member who helped us order at our table. However, I was uncomfortable having to explain my disability in order to receive assistance. The shop does have wheelchair access, but it can be difficult to navigate. Overall, Costa should reconsider their ordering process to accommodate customers with disabilities more effectively.

This is a great coffee shop with complimentary wi-fi. A small latte costs £3.40.

Really nice Costa cafe. Staff friendly food and drink really nice.

Not soo good as other costa’s, my strawberry frappe was without taste…

Slow service but they were busy. Good coffee as usual
