Worst restaurant I’ve been to! Long waiting time, bad food and horrible customer service… Stay away from this place!!!

Had an awful time at the Beijing Palace Restaurant. The staff ignored us for ages, and when we finally got seated, they acted like we were a bother. The food took forever and was either cold or overcooked. When we complained, the staff was rude and did nothing to help at all. Overall, a total letdown. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Go somewhere else.

Honestly can say this is one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been to. The food is not good at all. Paid £85 for two people and left hungry. Customer service extremely bad.

The hands down the WORST Chinese restaurant I've ever been in .We arrived just after opening to be the first sit down table. We ordered drinks, other tables came in after us, got their drinks before us. Whilst the waitress was taking our food order, she kept answering tge phone and took takeaway orders. We got our starters after going to ask about them, to be told we're going as fast as we can , even though the other tables that arrived after us had got their starters. We could constantly hear shouting in the kitchen and banging. The food was to be kind, awful and over salty. To be told to leave and the owner shouting at two small children in front of other customers is downright disgusting, just like the quality of the food

Good Chinese restaurant. Offers as much as you can eat on each course. Cook everything to order. We went for a birthday meal there was 8 of us and everyone enjoyed the meal
