Burger King - South Haven

Thanks for two excellent burgers. One was special order(apologies) and it was perfect. Everyone inside was very polite.

Open to 12am but they start cleaning at 11 and don't respond to drive thru orders

Ordered breakfast through the app and was told they weren’t open until 10am when I arrived (Easter Sunday) no biggie, had to wait about 15 min but then was told that they were not serving breakfast. Staff were apologetic but whomever own this franchise dropped the ball

We were the only ones in line, yet my daughter and I waited nearly 10 minutes before our order was taken. I thought maybe they were short on workers until I saw 4 standing around in the back, only 1 of the 4 actually productively working. When we got our food, it was hot, but incorrect. And there was syrup all over our hashbrown bags making them very sticky.

The place needs more workers, sometimes there are like two people working doing everything, and it takes a long time to get the order
