The Ivy Fish - South Hams

Went in yesterday evening. all members of staff stood on their phones when I walked in. Ordered food, and the lad put it in to cook and went straight back on his phone.. didn’t wash his hands either. fish was average… maybe not worth the price Chips an curry sauce were tasty though

Just gave me a 10/10 fish and cheese chips with jumbo battered sausage and curry sauce. Batter was on point! Good job . Get ya self down there!!

It is very frustrating that the only way to place an order now is on Facebook, it is penalizing those of us that choose not to join this social media platform for personal reasons. You can ring but get a pre recorded message, can’t leave a message. Only way to get your meal is to join a long queue with a long wait. As good as the food is we would go elsewhere if there was a choice. There are many elderly people that do not use social media, why are you penalizing us??

We had a great experience at this restaurant. The staff was friendly and the service was good. The meal was delicious and fresh. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you!

It seems a shame that such lovely food can only be ordered by Facebook. There are many of us who will not sign up to Facebook. They don’t take phone orders so even disabled people have to stand and queue instead of being able to order ahead.
