****. if they want a real old-fashioned Australian Chinese restaurant, it is. the building is quite crampy and run down, the decor is just from the 1980s and the staff could be described as "bit rough". but they eat, they make their own dumplings and they were fantastic. Maybe a little less salt, but that's a little bit of a quibble. the Mongolian lamb was subtle and tender, the garlic sheds were fleshy and not tough. it's not a place for a highbrow dinner, but if you want some real chinese who have done the art, how much it has always eaten, then it is. absolutely sensational.
I love eating a Chinese, and this is the best in grafton of color. personal are friendly and helpful. great for diving and tearing. you just have to learn to make sang choy bow, for a 100% review. recommended meal safe.
Large tasting chinese with a good selection of dressed and generous served. the Quaint setting and the service are complete.
We decided to try Li Garden based on the recommendation that it was a popular choice among locals. However, our experience was disappointing and I would not dine there again. We ordered a meal for two to be delivered to our hotel room. On the positive side, our meal arrived promptly and the portions were generous. On the negative side, we received the wrong type of rice and there was no cutlery or napkins provided (not available in our hotel room either). The spring rolls were overly spicy, as if an excessive amount of pepper had been added. The beef was overly salty. Additionally, we were surprised to find that the prices had increased on all dishes since the menu was last printed, making the overall cost quite high. Ultimately, for a delivered meal, it was not the best value and I would opt for a different restaurant next time.
