Ordered at 6.08 phoned to see where it was at 7.12 told it would be there very soon . called again at 7.40 said it was in 2 mins. Finally arrived 7.50 . Driver did apologise but the Chips were brick hard and pizza overcooked and cold . Service: Delivery Food: 1 Service: 1

The chips were very dry and everything else was adequate, but for the amount of money spent, I expected better quality. I was not happy at all and will not be returning. I have never had any issues here before, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Delivery service for dinner was rated a 2, with a price range of £20-30 per person. The food scored a 2, service a 3, and atmosphere a 2.

For £9.50, I ordered the lamb shish wrap and was disappointed to find only 3-4 small pieces of meat with the rest of the wrap filled with salad. This was not the quality I expected from Firats, they seem to have declined in standards. The delivery service was slow and the overall atmosphere was not impressive. I would give a rating of 1 for both food and service.

This place is highly disgusting! The manager of this place yelled at my mate for complaining about her food being rawr!! The manager had the audacity to called my mate a liar and he started yelling at her for the complaint. Avoid at all cost and it’s not your moneys worth.
